Chrysler has recalled nearly 189,000 Jeep Grand Cherokees and Dodge Durangos over concerns a fuel pump problem may cause the cars to stall. The recall covers some, but not all 2011 models. Some of those with 3.6-liter V6 or 5.7-liter V8 engines are the ones being recalled. Chrysler says a relay can fail, which could cause a crash. The company said that it was not aware of any accidents or any injuries connected to the faulty part. The vehicles also might not start, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, and the fuel pump could keep working even when the engine is shut off.
