Police officers in Alabama’s Capital City say their drug-sniffing dog Daisy sniffed out $1.5 million in cash in a tractor-trailer rig stopped on Interstate 65 in Montgomery on July 15th. Officers are probing the source of the recovered money, which had cocaine residue on it. This is the largest drug seizure in city history. If proven, the money could be used by officials to bolster drug enforcement and public safety efforts. Daisy is a local hero!
