Texting while driving appears to have been a factor in a fatal accident that occurred on January 28th in Limestone County, Ala. Edna Taylor Barker, 59, was killed after a 23-year-old driver ran a red light at a highway intersection. The state troopers, who investigated the crash, said texting while driving factored in to the accident. Barker was an employee with the Limestone Correctional Facility.
