Work uniform supplier Cintas will pay $22.8 million to a group of drivers to settle a class action lawsuit over overtime pay. Cintas was accused of misclassifying thousands of drivers as salaried employees instead of hourly workers to avoid paying them for overtime worked. The settlement, which requires court approval, was reached with an arbitrator. The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
