Our firm represented Debbie Parrish who was involved in a motor vehicle accident on April 26, 2007. She was traveling on Montgomery’s Atlanta Highway when the Defendant ran a stop sign, causing a t-bone accident. As a result of the impact, Ms. Parrish’s prior neck fusion became unstable.
