Its really not easy to payback any kind of loan, I always recommend all my friend never take any loan they attract us by giving instant cash and fulfill our needs at that time but when the time we pay it with interest its too tough.

Same as above, with all the nightmares. I was Modifying with Wells Fargo and i sent all the documents back via Fedex and they told me the fedex was empty?? meanwhile, it weighed over a pound. After, sending new paperwork and being at the end of the process. they got an appraisal and then they told me my loan was sold to BSI fianancial. They, have been doing much of the same i was approved and made my trail payments then they said they made a mistake and keep hirting my amount so, i won' be able to afford it. during all this, I was diagnosed with Breast cAncer and BSI knows this. they have caused me so much stress and duress during this time. I am trying to contact a class action lawsuit attorney. i know i have a great case, i am in Ma, if anyone has had similar ossues please respon. thank you.

I am shocked to see what I am reading - but not surprised. I installed Certainteed Horizon Prairie Wood shingles on my roof in 1990 - a 25 year shingle. It's been curling for years. Now it is awful, I had no idea there was a known problem with this as I have called the Salesman in the past and was never told.

Please let me know what to do from here.

I want to be involved in this lawsuit. I was a 3rd key making $8.25 per hour with responsibilities of management....we open store, close store, make deposits, set planograms, answer emails, not allowed to leave premise for lunches and breaks if just a cashier working. Work hours by yourself, counsel employees, called on duty manager, have to do everything a manager does without the pay, and they do not allow overtime and managers are overworked. I was recently injured on the job then fired after I filed workman's compenstion. This company needs to be taught a serious lesson. I may have permenant damage to my right hand and I am right handed.

Yes, Sharon, we were aware of the button... however, it didn't work. Took it to Chevrolet dealer, and were advised entire ignition system had to be replaced. BEST NEWS: THERE IS A RECALL FOR THE 2010 CHEVROLET HHR SO IT COST US ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Dealership paid for it!

I have a 2006 350 ford diesel 4wdr. I bought this vech. new, it has 122,800 mi. This is my no.9 diesel. All have been great. This truck however takes interminant times of not starting. In fact when you hit the starter the engine never turns over., it just makes a noise like old starters used to when the starter bendix was bad. I replaced the starter twice, but thats not the problem. When this starting problem happens the speedometer jumps to 50 mph while the truck is sitting still. This speedometer problem only occurs when the truck fails to start. After 2 or 3 days the speedometer returns to normal , and only shows up again when the truck fails to start. The ford place has checked the truck several times and says they can,t find the problem.

Please notify me if there are any lawsuits we may be party to against Flagstar Bank, FSB by their (Ohio) home loan victims.
I ate all these spreads in Florida, December, January, February and March without knowing the problem because my Costco card is from Quebec. Very sick since January till last week; In Florida I had antibiotic treatment that give nothing to me. I am 71 y.o. I found that letter from Costco, when here, April 9th. So I still have listeria and must take cortisone. Still sick. What could I do more???

2004 XLT regular cab 48,800 miles non work truck.. Brakes had to be repaired 1 1/2 years ago. Driver's side window regulator failed 1 year ago and was replaced with O Reiley Auto Parts unit ($93.00) with guidance by You Tube video. Passenger side window regulator failed recently and was replaced with JC Whitney unit ($104.00). I have always owned Ford pickups and have generally been satisfied but never had the failures of the 2004 F-150. I intend to buy a new 2013-14 F-150 XLT in the future.I sincerely hope Ford has made some improvements in the problem areas.

I really would like to get involved with this lawsuit! Not for the money but to let everyone know how Dollar General treats there employees. I was at DG in a small town for 5 yrs a manager for 2 I never got Holidays off I had to work all of them and most of the time I was the only one in the store for long periods at a time by myself running the store. They would always cut my budget in the middle of the week therefore I had to cover those shifts too. I worked open to close to save payroll.I realized how unfair they where when they told me I had to find someone from another store or I could not go to my own daughters wedding!! I really needed my job so I could not just quit....but I did find someone to work my store.I worked 70 to 80 hrs a week and when my youngest daughter had her first prom her dad had to take her dress shopping because I had to work so much.My stress level was always so high I just cried myself to sleep because I was so tired. When I would finally find a way to take a day off my DM would call me and ask me to go to the store to get some information for him of the computer. So usually when that happened I just stayed and did more work!! We never clocked in or out that was not allowed! I lost 55lbs and got really sick and my docter told me that DG was going to get the best of me but I still went everyday sick or not! Dollar General is a great big company they have sponsers they give millions of dollars to like Nascar!! They need to spread some of that money in their companies to help their store managers by giving them a better budget so their employees can get a break!! I finally had to quit because I almost got a divorce from my husband of 14 yrs over DG!!! My husband was willing to leave me and my kids over this job. My family is more to me than DG ever was I made the right choice!!!Thanks I hope every DG employee gets the respect they deserve!!Thank you...........

My son bought a 2003 Ford F350 Diesel Dually from a used car dealership. My son had never owned a diesel before and was eccstatic when he was able to buy one. He had no idea of this problem with the engine. I am sure however that the used car dealership knew this. He paid 13,000.00 for the truck has not even owned the truck for a year and has put at least 7,000 in it. Has had to replace the Ficaum (not sure I spelled that correctly) twice, has had to replace 3 injectors and now has to replace the other 5. Someone told me when I found out about this that unless he was the original owner with the warranty there was nothing that he could do. Are you kidding me? So Ford can be sued for knowingly selling these with bad engines, but only the original owners can be compensated. Yet they can sell the truck or have even already sold the truck and being compensated for a truck they no longer have. All while the new unsuspecting owner is now dealing with these problems. Why did the lawsuit not compensate for all and have Ford replace the engines in all these trucks. A mandatory recall should be set in place. What good does this do for people like my son? Is there any help for people like him? Appreciate anything you can do.

We have a 2010 Chevrolet HHR and it has the same ignition problem as the 2009 - the car will not turn off. Since the Chevy dealer seems to feel their hands are tied, due to the fact that the manufacturer refuses to institute a recall, I am simply going to get it repaired, request reimbursement and if I don't get it, I will sue them. Let's see if reimbursement isn't cheaper than fighting a lawsuit.

I have a 2011 and since November my gas gauge works off and on, my engine light is on, my abs light stays on, it takes forever to pick up any speed, and now it doesn't to start half the time. I have had it to the dealer since it is supposed to still be under warranty and they tell me there is nothing wrong with it and that my phone charger is most likely draining to much power from the battery. All that and they want to charge me a diagnostic fee. Recently I have had to start hitting the dash to start the car and thankfully my GPS is working good because my speedometer has stopped working now. I have never had a vehicle do this before and I keep up on the service of it. Not sure what I need to do next since my local Chevy dealer does not want to help.

three years of store manager and I worked 60-80 hours a week and had a dm who shaved off payroll given to managers. got threatened for going over payroll, tried to cut payroll by not calling employees in until noon, and had myself run the register, got threatened not to do that. got threatened for everything. I was an associate with a manager title. What do we do for someone to really help us. How do we join a case for this?

I purchased a 2008 HHR in June 2011. within 1 month the entire electrical system broke down. It was parked and there had been thunderstorm in area. When I called insurance company I, honestly AND stupidly it seems, said I thought the problems may have been result of storm. It was only an assumption because there was absolutely no evidence of lightening strike. Geico paid approx $9000 to have it fixed. The dealership attempted to fix but I was in there every couple months having electrical problems "fixed". A couple of months ago I lost steering, along with problems they had previously fixed. They said the has to be actively "misbehaving" in order to fix. well I haven't driven it since cause it's a death trap. I've contacted every safety organization but they are unable to fix. My attorney says class action lawsuit only way. Please help. They towed it and left it in my yard!

Hi, my name is John Lane. This concerns the Ford/Navistar 6.0 P/S diesel litigation.

First, are you still involved in this, and if so, who would I talk to about joining this suite?

Little history. I owned a 2004 F250 K/R with the 6.0 PW. We bought this truck new for retirement & to pull an RV. The engine blew in 2011 at 85993 mi. leaving us stranded in GA. The estimated cost to repair by the Ford dealership was between $5000.00 & 7000.00, approx 75% of the value of the truck.

I signed with the firm of Pendley, Baudin & Collier, Plaquemine, LA, to represent me in this litigation. When the proposed settlement of, Nov 14 2012, was offered. They didn't agree with the settlement and instead of going another route, they dropped the litigation all together. This just happened a week ago.

I read the settlement on line and noticed the dates of 04/31/2013 and 05/22/2013. These are critical dates and I don't want to miss the opportunity to be involved in this litigation.

Thank You
John Lane

I too am part of this lawsuit. When we had to fire an assistant manager for violations my DM didnt get me anyone for a month: so I worked 60-80 a week no assistant manager leading into the holidays. I also left because of harassment from a DM but thats another story.

Is there any status updates ?? I do know of another manager who was in my district and she got a check for $1000.00 as part of her suit

We want to try and re-coop some of the $12,000 we have spent trying to fix our "Built Ford Tuff" 2006 F-350. We bought it thinking we were retiring and would see the National Parks in the US.........only that has never happened because we are sinking our retirement into repairing this truck. How do we join the lawsuit?

I am not very familiar with this lawsuit, but I have already filed with the E.E.O.C. charges of discrimination on the bases of gender. My DM believed that only the females were to run register and the males were to do the stocking. He would state this during manager conference calls every week. I was prevented from advancement because I was considered desperate to be a male doing a females job of working the register. I am currently seeking legal counsel. If you have any knowledge of this practice and or wish to participate please contact me at wzebeck@yahoo.com I only stumbled upon this site so the best way to contact me is via my email.

My husband and I went through a wells modification over a year ago. The process was like having a full-time job. It is something you have to be willing to do every single day. The process itself took over a year. Although we had to fax countless documents and sign books of paperwork, we finally finished the process and had our loan permantly modified. You must be extremely dedicated if you decide to apply for the loan modification!!!

I have a 2005 F-350 King Ranch and I just got the news that my engine is shot with 151,000 miles on it and will cost a minimum of $15k to fix and rebuild. The problem was caused by the typical areas that have a "bad reputation". Fuel injector issues which may have been caused by the egr cooler going out or just coincidentally at the same time caused much more to happen than just "engine problems". I called Ford and asked what they can do and since it's out of warranty and there are no recalls I'm just plain out of luck. I'm interested in potentially joining the suit.

Sounds like I found the right place. I've had problems with 2005 Ford diesel F350 after six months of owning it. Had turbo replaced, egr valve and cooler replaced twice, once on warrantty and once out of my pocket. Would love to join this class action lawsuit to get some of my money back. 360.769.5907 or 360 204 6969.

2004 F150 Supercrew, 102,000 miles, just got the truck out of the shop for a 100,000 mile maintenance and new front brakes. I was driving it to town, rolled down the D/S rear window slightly from the D/S button and then it failed to come back up. This is my wifes truck and is only used to get feed and groceries once a week so its definitely not abused. It appears the motor failed but I went ahead and the regulator & motor @ $120 online, Ford wanted $240 just for the part. I installed the new part and it initally worked, then failed to close the window again. I can't return it because the warranty doesn't cover "electrical". Just ordered another one from a different company $90. Waiting to receive the 2nd one. Why is there not a class action lawsuit on this to get Ford to own up to it?

When I first started at Dollar General over 6 years ago it was the best job I had ever had, Then KKR stepped in and we, as managers, became slaves and pretty much were told to give up family, friends, church, time off, use vacation pay to pad labor hours, work 60, 70 80+ hours a week and be "appreciative" of our "salaries". The list can go on but I doubt anyone really cares if they are a DM or higher. The things that my team and I accomplished at store #6274 had NEVER been done before. Community involvement, which raised ours sales by an avg. of 40% a year until they raised our goals so high or put a brand new store and building 5 miles away while the summer of 2012 our air conditioner stayed broken all summer and we worked in an avg. of 90-95 degree heat everyday. Any manager who is reading this could add 100's of more incidents or situations so I won't. I suffered a nervous breakdown 9/11/12 due to work stress per my doctors and the staff at the day program at a psychatric facility that I have been in twice since that September day last year. I still can't even pull into the parking lot to wait for my sister to go in to this store without crying and having a panic attack. It's all we have in our little town so we don't have a choice but to shop there when we need something. Not that Dollar General cares but not only did my mental and physical health suffer GREATLY I would like to say thank youto them for being a huge part of why my husband divorced me (he never got to see me unless he came to the store because of open to closes for 3 months straight) , I missed family funerals, my childrens sports events and school functions, never getting to go to church, doctors appointments canceled over and over and much more! The "G" in DG really means and stands for GREED!!!!!!!!!!!

I also want to be part of this lawsuit!! How do I do it??

When I first started at Dollar General over 6 years ago it was the best job I had ever had, Then KKR stepped in and we, as managers, became slaves and pretty much were told to give up family, friends, church, time off, use vacation pay to pad labor hours, work 60, 70 80+ hours a week and be “appreciative” of our “salaries”. Any manager who is reading this could add 100′s of more incidents or situations so I won’t. I suffered a nervous breakdown 9/11/12 due to work stress per my doctors and the staff at the day program at a psychatric facility that I have been in twice since that September day last year. I still can’t even pull into the parking lot to wait for my sister to go in to this store without crying and having a panic attack. It’s all we have in our little town so we don’t have a choice but to shop there when we need something.
I want to be a part of this law suit I worked for Dollar eneral from 2006 to 2009 average 60 - 70 hours per week and was never paid over time. It was required to work more than 40 hours per week.and we were only to clock in 1 hour per week so we can not go back and track time punches. The way managers are treated at Dollar General was so stressful, I got very sick and finally had to quit for health reasons.

I would like to join this lawsuit if there is still time I went to work for Dollar General in 2002 and worked for them untill 2011 I averaged 70 hours a week but was only allowed to clock in for 1 hour a week and my check stub said 40 hours . I was told we had to work as many hours as it would take but was never given the tools it needed to operate as many managers had to do the same thing. I needed my job as a single parent so I did what I had to do . At times managers were sent to other stores to help clean them up but we didnt get any extra hours to cover our stores and was still expected to keep our stores as models. I Feel we were set up for failure in the beginning and were not paid properly .

                                                                                       Thanks

I worked for this company for 12 years, when finally enough was enough! I ran their number 1 store in Region 64 for years and each year the more money and profit I made them the fewer and fewer payroll hours I would get. Thet had us unloading trucks alone, running register alone, stocking shelves alone with trucks being received of over 2600 to 3000 cartons. The DM"S and Regional mgrs and higher up got bonuses based on the profit EBIDA but not us Store mgrs. We mopped the floors, fixed plumbing problems, cleaned parking lots, changed lighting issues and fixed the register and computer issues. We were not managers but Jack of all trades. My manager skills were about 1 hour a day of a 50 to 60 hour work week.

I was a manager for dollar for 10 yrs. I recently left dollar general. I can attest to the facts about the tremendous amount of hours they force the managets to work or you will face the repercussions.i was required to work 32 straight hours on my store without leaving due to the demands made but the district manager in order for her to receive her highest bonus possible without concern for the amount of workload she forced upon me and because she refused to allow any other employees to help in order to get it done for free because i was a salaried employee. This condition happens all the time now. How's to in the store have been taken away from all managers in this district and we are forced to pick up the extra workload because we ate salary and if we don't , they threaten us with termination.

To Beasley Allen:

Are these defendants (Lender Processing Services) in Jacksonville, FL associated in any way with Everhome Mortgage in Jacksonville, FL? My son has a fixed rate loan with an initial monthly payment of $2,241.22 that was initiated by New South Federal Savings Bank on January 11, 2008. It was later assigned to Everhome Mortgage when New South Federal failed. My son's home is on the water in Fort Walton Beach, FL; and although he has sustained no losses since he purchased the home in January 2008; he began having trouble with his insurance provider in an obvious attempt by the insurance provider to discontinue the insurance coverage on the dwelling.

The flood insurance has been retained, and the coverage is now provided through Everhome,Mortgage, but the monthly payment was raised to $2,503.16 which represents only $261.94 for that insurance premium. On the other hand, the property insurance was finally dropped (or cancelled?); and my son made the decision with our support that together, we were able to be self insured if necessary to cover any loss up to the full value of the house. Our son paid $100,000 down and financed $364,000, and the value of the house is approximately $100,000 to $125,000 with the balance of the value is in the lot.

My son has made and continues to make every monthly payment of principal and interest on time by certified mail in the amount of $2,503.16 which includes the flood insurance premium. Everhome claims to have purchased property insurance to protect Everhome but not my son's interest, and started demanding $5,212.01 as the new monthly payment which represents an increase of $2,708.85 for the monthly insurance premium or $32,506.20 on an annual basis. This is approximately 33% of the actual value of the house, and my son has refused to pay this part of the payment to Everhome. As you might suspect, Everhome now claims my son is in default and headed for forclosure.

Everhome has been returning some but not all of my son's monthly checks over the last several months claiming they do not represent full payment so they do not have to accept them. My son continues to send "on time" payments, but Everhome refuses to accept some, and they now claim my son owes more than the initial loan amount although our records reflect that he has reduced the principal balance by over $40,000. Everhome even claimed he did not send one of the payments which caused my son to stop payment and re-issue another check and pay a late fee which they refused to remove. Everhome has also refused to allow us to speak to any of their attorneys, but in the latest conversation we were finally able to speak to a supervisor who then hung up the phone when we asked to speak to an attorney. Since they don't want us to speak to an attorney, I thought they might speak to someone from your firm. Please respond, and advise me if my son is being treated wrong, and if there is a cause for legal action in this matter.

Thanks, and we sincerely enjoy your monthly newsletter.

Good Morning,

I stopped by your website to check on the Wells Fargo suit and, realizing that I had not completed my morning prayers, promised that I would "get back to God" right after I finished with this task. Of course, God has a way of making you pay attention, and when I saw the heading for "Biblical Verses", I clicked on it. Well, the first verse was exactly what I needed, so much so And, as you may guess, there are many days when I feel the strain of starting a new career with old bills (lol!) but the verse said:

"For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you not harm you, plans to give you hope, a future."

It was the perfect phrase at the perfect moment, thank you !!!!! And stay blessed,

Hello,
I am curious. I was accepted into Wells Fargo UMP program months ago after realizing it may be a while before I regain employment in my line of work. Found some documents showing that there has been millions paid out in CA alone for this UMP program so how could the banks be receiving the money in aid from the treasury and then still be coming after the consumer for the back owed monies and late fees? They are asking for 18K. I am now re-employed in same work but instead of 100,000/yr having restarted with a new employer am at like approx 50 to 65k/yr currently and am seeking to roll all together and new payment or PRP (principal Reduction Program) which WF became enrolled into in Nov 2012. My newest concern is after looking at some of this information here it looks like the majority of denials is stated as the applicants denying assistance and that is either not submitting paperwork or opting out, I am currently providing all paperwork requested directly to my home preservation specialist face to face, hand to hand, yet I recieved a letter saying they carefully reviewed my information I have sent in and they have explored a number of mortgage assistance programs and here's what they have found, after their review "I withdrew my request for mortgage assistance after initially requesting being considered for assistance." Hmmm? I contacted my preservation specialist immediately and she assures me it is because we ended the UMP program is all and it has nothing to do with the current activities. Hmmm? I am still skeptical and will be documenting all actions from here on. Being back to work and having an average income of $3,000/mo currently and my dues including my mortgage past payment of 1650/mo of around $2700.mo I should not have any problem for a trial program. If I start having issues I definately will be wanting to be a participant in a lawsuit. I will be staying in touch.
Pleases give me a reply to how they get treasury money for helping unemployed UMP program and then still go after the consumer for back owed money? isn't the money there for to help the consumer?

Thanks, Robert

I would love to be included in this lawsuit. I am a current DG SM and everything everyone has said is true. This company abuses the salaried "managers" like they are nothing. It is ridiculous. I would quit if I could, but I need the income and wouldnt get unemployment if I quit. But, I have a lot to contribute about continued use and abuse of store managers.

I have been a repeat ford customer for over a decade' i bought my first diesiel truck in 2005 a 6.0
I wish i would of known what a lemon i paid 37 k for ' i run a granite buisness and haul stone slabs
i remember when it was fully loaded down in 3rd gear it would surge with the begining signs of failing injectors' '' then the injectors failed just out of warranty' and then the egr cooler . Im a contractor with not much work now and a broken truck in the driveway that will cost over 8k to fix whats broken. When i see the sticker on the truck made in kentucky america made me realize no wonder we have lost all of our jobs in the usa cause we dont make quality and back it like what ford has done with the 6.0 diesiel crap truck '' U would think the dealer would care after i spent almost 100 k with ford motor co yes im pissed and need some compensation and counseling sincerely David Hotlen
