Gary Massey, a very good lawyer from Chattanooga, Tenn., also sent in a timely verse for this issue. Gary also is a pastor, serving Mountain Creek Church of Christ in Tennessee. His official title at the Church is “pulpit minister.” Folks who know Gary say his faith defines who he is.

Frank Woodson, a lawyer in our Mass Torts Section, also furnished a verse. Frank sent the verse in while he was trying a case in a federal court in Little Rock, Arkansas that had been going on for several weeks.
