Mr. Beasley-

I too am surprised that the media did not pick up on this story. In fact I cannot believe the media have virtually ignored the many stories of the ongoing injuries women are suffering due to the placement of polypropylene mesh for prolapse, incontinence and hernia repair, which of course effects men as well.

Where is the media? Oh wait, so many advertisers are drug and medical device companies. They would be foolish to run critical stories of their advertisers.

Without enlightening the public, injuries will continue to occur, the public suffers, we all pay in the form of disability, repeated surgeries and workers removed from the workforce.

Contact your local media and ask them to report stories that are impacting their viewers, readers. These are your public airwaves! And please support and read independent media that is trying to fill the gaps. Thank you.
