A lawsuit arising out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Elmore County has been settled. On September 3, 2007, our client was operating her motor vehicle when a truck driver, who was operating a truck for his employers, turned directly into the pathway of her vehicle. The two vehicles collided and our client and her teenage daughter were severely injured. The mother sustained fractures to both hands which required surgery and continues to cause her pain.
