The recalled product is a 13-foot Solar Lighted Cantilever Umbrella. The umbrella has tan or chocolate colored material, lights and a black supporting pole. The UPC numbers are 444444550439 (tan) and 444444583963 (chocolate) and can be found on the product packaging.
The model numbers are 8070C-S and 8070C-L and can be found on the assembly and operating instructions that were enclosed with the product packaging. The umbrellas were sold exclusively at Bed Bath & Beyond stores and online at www.bedbathandbeyond.com and www.bedbathandbeyond.ca from February 2010 through June 2010 for about $300. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and return it to any Bed Bath & Beyond location for a full refund.
