Exxon Mobil has reported a profit of $45.2 billion for 2008, breaking its own record for full-year earnings by a U.S. company. With millions of American citizens having great difficulty in paying their bills and with tens of thousands losing their jobs, this giant oil company is doing very well. Something just doesn’t seem right about this story.
