Montgomery Police Department Will File Suit To Recover Damages For Faulty Surveillance Equipment

Our firm is representing the City of and its Police Department in a to recover damages caused by faulty video surveillance equipment that failed to function properly. The equipment, which included surveillance cameras mounted in police patrol cars and related support software, was purchased from North Carolina-based Integrian. The equipment, purchased at a cost in excess of $500,000, has failed to work and has caused the Police Department a great deal of difficulty. Under the contract, mediation is required before the can be filed. We have made a request for mediation and hope that Integrian will settle the case in a manner satisfactory to the City.
